Section 01

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and heybdji (hereinafter "heybdji", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the heybdji website located at heybdji.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the heybdji platform, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or participating in any promotion or bonus programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the heybdji platform.

heybdji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the heybdji platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience shall have no legal effect.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific bonus terms, tournament rules, game rules, or promotional conditions published on the heybdji platform, the more specific document shall prevail for the matter it governs, unless otherwise stated. All other matters default to these Terms.

heybdji operates as an online casino and sports betting platform. All games, odds, and betting markets available through the platform are provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk, and heybdji does not guarantee any return on stakes placed. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the heybdji platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. heybdji will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to open an account, deposit funds, or place any bet or wager on the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law at the time of play.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party when registering your account or placing wagers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by heybdji for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not classified as a self-excluded player on the heybdji platform or under any self-exclusion arrangement you have entered into.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of heybdji, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

heybdji verifies player age through its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Players are required to submit a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport before their first withdrawal is processed. heybdji may request these documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, during a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity.

Where heybdji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18 years of age, it will suspend the relevant account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which the account holder was found to be under 18 will be voided and any deposited funds returned where practicable in accordance with applicable obligations.

Section 03

Account Registration & Player Obligations

Each Player may hold exactly one active account on the heybdji platform at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account ("duplicate accounts") is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus credits, and the withholding of winnings pending investigation.

When registering your heybdji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your heybdji account credentials, including your username and password. heybdji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. heybdji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify heybdji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. heybdji may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any such notification.

Players are obligated to keep their account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your name, address, email address, or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in delays to KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

• You must not use the heybdji platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
• You must not attempt to manipulate any game, bet, or outcome through collusion, use of automated tools (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other prohibited means.
• You must not use the heybdji platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• You must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the heybdji platform.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion that you have applied to your own account.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the heybdji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). heybdji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if applicable.

heybdji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction within your heybdji account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your heybdji account within five minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts and cards are processed within one to two business days. heybdji reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand or where additional security checks are required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the heybdji account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• heybdji reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount involved.
• Where a player has received a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• heybdji does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which heybdji accepts no liability.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

heybdji operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. heybdji reserves the right to hold, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, without prior notice to the Player. Any such suspicion will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

heybdji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket season special promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions of this section.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a heybdji account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. Full terms and qualifying conditions are published on the heybdji promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to one new player per household, device, IP address, and payment method account.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, only eligible game categories contribute towards wagering requirements. Contributions by game type are stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• heybdji reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings from a player's account if the player's activity suggests the bonus is being abused or if the player has violated any applicable bonus condition.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the heybdji platform.
• heybdji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements already in progress by a player will continue to apply under the original terms.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notifications about available promotions. Opting out does not affect a player's ability to manually claim available offers.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16) will carry their own specific terms. Players are advised to read these terms carefully before opting in to any seasonal offer.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the heybdji platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or market-specific rules published alongside the relevant game, event, or betting market. In the event of any conflict, the game-specific or market-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

Sports Betting: heybdji's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events as listed in the betting lobby. Pre-match and live in-play markets are both available where indicated. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

• All bets are final once confirmed. heybdji does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the applicable settlement rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, heybdji reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.
• Settlement of cricket and other sports markets will follow standard industry settlement rules. Where an event is abandoned or suspended without a result, applicable void or push rules will apply as stated in the market rules for that event.
• heybdji reserves the right to restrict bet access, impose stake limits, or decline bets on any account or for any market at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Casino Games: All casino games available through the heybdji platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and crash games including Aviator — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.
• Advertised return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect certified theoretical values provided by game suppliers. Actual RTP experienced by individual players will vary based on session length, volatility, and statistical variance.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, heybdji will resolve the situation in accordance with the game provider's technical fault policy. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• heybdji does not permit the use of automated betting tools, scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately.

heybdji reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or wager where it determines that collusion, fraud, technical manipulation, or exploitation of a software error has occurred. Any winnings arising from such activity will be forfeited.

Section 07

Responsible Gaming Obligations

heybdji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if it begins to feel compulsive, stressful, or financially harmful, we strongly encourage Players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their heybdji account dashboard.

By using the heybdji platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves the risk of financial loss and does not guarantee returns of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the platform and for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means.
• You will not use the heybdji platform to gamble with funds that you cannot afford to lose, including funds required for household expenses, debts, or other financial obligations.
• You are aware of and will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if and when you feel they would benefit you.

heybdji's responsible gaming tools are accessible directly within your account dashboard without the need to contact customer support. Tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. heybdji reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has identified patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including large rapid deposits, repeated failed withdrawal requests, or extended unbroken playing sessions. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice to the Player in the interests of player welfare. 18+

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

heybdji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploitative techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Failure to pass required KYC age verification, particularly where underage gambling is suspected.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion, either through the account dashboard or by formal request to the heybdji support team.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation or fraudulent activity, heybdji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance held in that account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent play. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request or due to inactivity, the remaining verified balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their heybdji account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Players who have closed their account and wish to reactivate it must contact support and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements before access is restored.

heybdji will retain player account data following closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable legal data retention obligations.
